Connect your Gmail in Settings → Integrations and Seller Compass automatically detects ShowingTime feedback emails, extracts the structured data (interest level, experience rating, price opinion, listing rating, buyer agent comments), and adds it to your listing's activity feed — no Zapier account needed, no workflow to build.
The built-in email monitor checks your inbox every 10 minutes for emails from noreply@showingtime.com with subject "FEEDBACK RECEIVED". Listings are matched by street address using Smart Listing Resolution. Feedback appears as a pending activity for agent review. Read-only Gmail access — we never send or modify your emails.

Webhook System — Real-Time Event Delivery
Register HTTPS webhook URLs and subscribe to the events that matter to your workflow. Every webhook payload is signed with HMAC-SHA256 for security verification, delivered with 3-attempt retry and exponential backoff, and tracked in a per-endpoint delivery log so you always know what was sent and when.
Supported events: showing scheduled, feedback received, offer submitted, stage changed, open house created, and more. Subscribe to all events or choose specific ones — you control the data flow.
Inbound webhooks accept data FROM your external tools and normalize it into your unified activity stream. Send data from any source and Seller Compass will match it to the right listing using smart resolution (UUID, MLS number, address, or CRM deal ID).
REST API — Build Custom Integrations
Access your listing data and activity streams programmatically with the Seller Compass REST API. Authenticate with per-agent API keys, query listings and activities, and build custom tools on top of your transaction data.
API keys use SHA-256 hashing with a recognizable sc_live_ prefix. Last-used tracking and one-click revocation give you full control over access. Endpoints include /api/v1/listings, /api/v1/listings/:id/activities, and /api/v1/activities.
Calendar Sync — iCal Feed for Every Calendar App
Subscribe to your Seller Compass calendar feed from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook. The iCal/ICS feed includes all scheduled showings and closing dates, updated in real time. Each agent gets a unique, secure token — just paste the URL into your calendar app and your real estate schedule stays in sync automatically.

Smart listing resolution accepts multiple identifier types: property UUID, MLS number, normalized address (with fuzzy matching), or CRM deal ID. Contact resolution matches people by email, phone, or CRM contact ID across your entire database. Automatic deduplication prevents duplicate entries regardless of source.
