Frequently Asked Questions
Do my agents need their own Seller Compass subscriptions?
No. Each seat in your Team Lead plan covers one agent's access to Seller Compass. Your team members get full individual platform access included in your team subscription. They do not pay separately.
Can I see my agents' listings and activity data?
Yes. As the team owner or admin, you see aggregated data across all team members: stalled listings, sentiment scores, roster stats, and per-agent performance — while each agent still manages their own listings independently.
What happens if an agent leaves the team?
Removing an agent from your organization does not affect their listings or data — it only removes them from your team dashboard. You can re-invite them at any time. Their seat count is freed up immediately upon removal.
Can I reduce seats mid-month?
Yes, but you cannot reduce below your current active member count. If you have 4 agents and want 3 seats, you must first remove a member. Seat reductions take effect on your next billing cycle with pro-rated credit.
